You will work closely with an interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.### ### **Key Responsibilities*** Perform **patient evaluations** and develop individualized treatment plans* Provide therapy focused on improving **ADLs, strength, coordination, and mobility*** Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and families* Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed* Maintain accurate and timely **clinical documentation*** Participate in care planning, discharge planning, and team meetings* Conduct **staff education and in-service training**### ### **Qualifications*** Degree in **Occupational Therapy** (Bachelor’s required; Master’s/Doctorate preferred)* Active, unencumbered **OT license in South Carolina*** Must maintain license in good standing with the State Board* Experience in a **skilled nursing or rehab setting preferred*** Familiarity with **PointClickCare (PCC) and Casamba** preferred* Strong communication, organizational, and clinical skills* Commitment to continuing education and professional growth### ### **Why Join Reedy River Post Acute?**At Reedy River, you’re part of a team that genuinely values your contributions.
