Location: On-site | Nashville, Tennessee

Pay Rate: $25 To $30 per hour

Contract: 09/14/2026 08/31/2027

Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 4:30 PM CST

Experience: IT deployment, hardware installation, desktop support, or technical support experience preferred

About the Role

We are seeking IT Deployment Technicians for an on-site contract opportunity in Nashville, Tennessee. This role supports the delivery, installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of laptops, workstations, peripherals, and software across multiple TDOT locations. Candidates must be local to the Nashville area and comfortable traveling to sites across Tennessee as needed.

Responsibilities

Deliver, install, configure, and support laptops, workstations, peripherals, and related equipment

Prepare devices, software, and workstation setups for deployment

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on-site or remotely

Maintain accurate records of equipment deployment, inventory status, and service updates

Communicate with end users and team members while maintaining organized deployment storage areas

Requirements

High School Diploma Or Equivalent Required

Prior experience in IT deployment, hardware installation, desktop support, or a similar technical role preferred

Valid Driver's License And Reliable Transportation Required

Must be local to the Nashville area and able to travel to Nashville, Knoxville, Chattanooga, and Jackson as needed

Ability to lift, push, and carry up to 50 lbs and stand, walk, bend, or reach for extended periods required
