Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Courier and Mail Runs: Ensure that interoffice branch mail is securely delivered between local branches each day. Pick up US Mail from PO Box at Post Office and deliver mail as appropriate each day.

Travel throughout Canadian and Oklahoma counties as business needs require.

Deliver loan closing and legal documents as requested.

Pick up supplies as needed.

Perform minor handyman and general maintenance work as needed.

Pick up minor trash and debris around the bank offices each week.

Blow leaves and clear sidewalks as needed.

Help maintain clean, safe, and professional-looking exterior areas around the back facilities.

Perform other reasonable courier, delivery, and facilities support duties as assigned.

Requirements

Valid Driver's License

Ability to schedule, multitask, prioritize, and complete multiple projects.

Ability to lift/move, on occasion, heavy objects as needed

Work well individually and with a team while maintaining a positive attitude

Must demonstrate a business professional image and demeanor

Must be able to communicate professionally both verbally and in writing

Excellent work ethic and dependable attendance

Must be flexible and able to work additional hours when crucial to the branch environment

Ability to follow security procedures

Physical Requirements

Use of computer screens and reading of reports

Ability to operate a computer keyboard.

Regularly required to sit, use hand to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, and talk, see or hear

Intermittently standing, stooping, bending at the waist, walking, kneeling.

Regularly lift and/or move and carry up to 50 pounds
