Recruiter Type: Fulltime Location: Hybrid NYC Salary: $75-80K DOE Client Overview Our client, well-known advertising agency, is seeking a Recruiter to support urgent full-cycle hiring needs within a fast-paced media environment. Role Overview The Recruiter will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from intake and sourcing through interview coordination, offer management, and close. This individual will partner closely with hiring stakeholders to deliver high-quality talent quickly and efficiently, with a focus on speed, precision, and candidate experience. Recruiter Responsibilities Lead full-cycle recruitment for assigned openings from kickoff through hire Source, engage, and assess qualified candidates within the media industry Partner with hiring managers to align on role requirements, timelines, and candidate profiles Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and guide hiring decisions Manage offer process and support successful candidate acceptance Maintain consistent communication and a strong candidate experience throughout the process Recruiter Qualifications Must come from a media competitor or an advertising agency Experience recruiting within a media competitor organization Demonstrated success in full-cycle recruitment Strong sourcing, stakeholder management, and closing skills Ability to work on an accelerated timeline and meet urgent hiring goals #J-18808-Ljbffr
