What You'll Be Doing

As a Sparkle Technician, you'll help create clean, welcoming spaces for homeowners and guests by handling tasks such as:

Residential, deep, and move-out cleans
Airbnb and short-term rental turnovers
Detailed cleaning of kitchens, bathrooms, floors, and living spaces
Following company checklists and quality standards
Working independently or alongside a small, reliable team

What We're Looking For

Dependable and on time (this is very important to us)
Strong eye for detail and pride in your work
Physically able to clean for extended periods
Comfortable cleaning both occupied and vacant homes
Able to follow instructions and cleaning systems
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Previous cleaning experience is helpful, but not required - we provide training

Job Requirements

Valid driver's license
Reliable vehicle for travel between jobs
Smartphone for scheduling and communication
Authorization to work in the U.S.
