What You'll Be Doing As a Sparkle Technician, you'll help create clean, welcoming spaces for homeowners and guests by handling tasks such as:

What You'll Be Doing As a Sparkle Technician, you'll help create clean, welcoming spaces for homeowners and guests by handling tasks such as:
- Residential, deep, and move-out cleans
- Airbnb and short-term rental turnovers
- Detailed cleaning of kitchens, bathrooms, floors, and living spaces
- Following company checklists and quality standards
- Working independently or alongside a small, reliable team
- Dependable and on time (this is very important to us)
- Strong eye for detail and pride in your work
- Physically able to clean for extended periods
- Comfortable cleaning both occupied and vacant homes
- Able to follow instructions and cleaning systems
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Previous cleaning experience is helpful, but not required - we provide training
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable vehicle for travel between jobs
- Smartphone for scheduling and communication
- Authorization to work in the U.S.
