RN Outpatient Clinic Site Manager — Leadership & Quality

TAG MedStaffing is seeking an RN Site Manager for an outpatient clinic in Newark, NJ. This temp-to-perm role involves overseeing nursing operations, staff performance, and compliance initiatives. Qualified candidates must hold an active New Jersey RN license and possess at least 2 years of outpatient nursing experience with supervisory responsibilities. The position includes responsibilities in staff leadership, quality assurance, and compliance.
