Summary:

Provides education and professional development to support the clinical competence and growth of nursing and clinical Team Members. Assesses learning needs, develops and leads evidence-based educational programs, supports new hire orientation, and promotes clinical excellence in alignment with the ANPD Scope and Standards of Practice.

Your Role Within the Team:

Develops, implements, and evaluates clinical education and professional development programs

Conducts needs assessments and applies evidence-based educational strategies

Supports orientation and ongoing development of clinical Team Members

Serves as a clinical and educational resource to direct care staff

Participates in quality improvement initiatives and change management

Performs appropriate RN functions and other duties as assigned

Qualifications Required

BSN with 3 years of clinical experience

ICU experience

Preferred

Professional organization certification

ANPD certification

Location: St. Joseph's South

Status: Full Time, Exempt: Yes

Shift Hours: Varies

Shift: Shift 4

Shift 1 = Days, 2 = Evenings, 3 = Nights, 4 = Varies

Weekend Work: Occasional

On Call: No
