Controls Engineering Manager – Van Wert, OH (Hybrid) A top system integrator in the area is looking for a Controls Engineering Manager to lead project delivery and mentor a team of engineers across industrial automation projects. You'll play a key role in driving technical excellence, managing client relationships, and scaling engineering capability. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop a team of controls engineers and designers Oversee project execution from design through commissioning Act as the senior technical point of contact for clients Review PLC/HMI/SCADA designs and ensure quality standards Support project planning, resource allocation, and timelines Drive continuous improvement across engineering processes Qualifications 7-15+ years in controls/automation engineering Strong PLC experience (Allen‑Bradley preferred) Proven leadership or project management experience Background in system integration or custom automation Experience with HMI/SCADA platforms (FactoryTalk, Ignition, etc.) Ability to manage multiple projects and client stakeholders Why Join Leadership role with clear growth trajectory Strong project pipeline across multiple industries High‑impact position with autonomy and visibility Collaborative, engineering‑driven culture #J-18808-Ljbffr
