Description Veterinary Client Service Representative/Receptionist Thrive Pet Healthcare Specialists 2426 Ceegee St, San Antonio, TX 78217 Schedule (full-time): Day and overnight shifts available About You You are a compassionate and organized Veterinary Client Service Representative (CSR)/Veterinary Receptionist with strong customer service, front desk, and client communication skills who thrives in a fast-paced veterinary clinic or animal hospital. You're comfortable managing appointment scheduling, multi-line phones, check in/check out, payment processing, and practice management software while delivering an exceptional client experience. Your Experience & Skills * Recent experience as a veterinary receptionist or medical office receptionist * Exceptional customer service and communication skills * Is self-motivated and able to work independently * Is a great team player * Has experience with answering multi-phone lines * Has basic knowledge of Microsoft Office * Is familiar with standard office equipment * Can problem-solve * Weekend and holiday availability is required Job Responsibilities * Answer phones and greeting clients and patients * Accurately enter client information, collect payments, and print receipts * Maintain an individual cash box which is to be balanced at the end of each shift * Consistently provide exceptional customer service in a positive manner * Assist the team with additional tasks as required You'll Grow with Us Here, you can grow your career as best fits you through access to comprehensive learning and skillset programs.
