Associate Dentist | Full Time | Bethesda, MD
Are you a compassionate, skilled dentist looking for an impactful role in a thriving practice? Bethesda Family Dentistry is seeking a dedicated General Dentist to join our team.

We are looking for a Full Time Associate Dentist that can start immediately. Prefer someone who can work a 5 day schedule however we are open to 4 days as well.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general dental procedures including fillings, crown + bridge and cosmetic dentistry
- Conduct comprehensive exams and provide preventive care
- Diagnose and manage oral diseases and develop treatment plans
- Collaborate with assistants and hygienists for optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain detailed and accurate patient records using Eaglesoft software
Requirements:
- DDS/DMD from an accredited university
- Valid Maryland dental license
- GPR completion is preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience
- Advanced experience in general dentistry procedures
- Proficiency with dental practice management software
- Strong diagnostic, clinical, and communication skills
- Ability to lead and work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
