Position Overview: Mental Health Therapist (LCSW-C, LCPC, or LCMFT) We are seeking a licensed Mental Health Therapist to play a critical role in our collaborative care model. This position focuses on delivering behavioral health interventions for patients managing obesity and related chronic conditions. You will work alongside a high-performing clinical team, including Nurse Practitioners, Registered Dietitians, and Exercise Specialists, to support whole-person patient care.
