ABOUT OUR AGENCY:

I opened my agency in 1995 and currently lead a close-knit team of two, with plans to continue growing. State Farm has been part of my life for a long time - my dad was a State Farm agent, which inspired me to earn a degree in insurance and pursue a career in the industry. I started in claims before eventually making the move into agency ownership. I’m a graduate of the University of North Texas and have been married for 34 years. We have two daughters and two grandchildren. Outside of the office, I enjoy hiking and have a passion for drag racing. As a Customer Service Representative with Danny Humphreys - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance business. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agent team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed. Answer customer inquiries and requests. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:
