RWJBarnabas Health is recruiting for a full‑time Primary Care Physician in Whiting, New Jersey. The practice is located just 20 minutes from the Jersey Shore, offering a peaceful, suburban work environment with easy access to the state’s iconic beaches and coastal communities.

The practice is part of RWJBarnabas Health’s integrated healthcare system, which includes a team of well‑established providers, robust support staff, rotating specialists, pharmacists, and behavioral health providers.

Compensation is extremely competitive and includes a full benefits package: health insurance, malpractice coverage (with tail), 401(k) with company match, and a $4,000 annual CME stipend for continuing medical education and society memberships.

Salary

The anticipated salary range for this position is $224,000 to $359,000 per year. Total compensation will depend on the candidate’s educational background, skills, and professional experience.

Requirements

• Board‑certified or board‑eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• New Jersey licensed or eligible for licensure in New Jersey
