About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead its finance function in a dynamic and growth-oriented environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of the finance function, from the fundamentals to strategic planning and board reporting. This role is pivotal in the company's current phase, with a focus on being well-prepared for a planned liquidity event. The ideal CFO will have a background in a similar role within a B2B SaaS business, particularly in the lower mid-market, and must have a proven track record of building and leading a finance team, as well as experience in the sale process or a central role in a liquidity event. The CFO will be a key partner to the business, working closely with the founder and the board, and must possess the credibility and discipline to deliver for the company's sponsor. The role is remote-first, with a preference for candidates in the Eastern time zone, and the company values a competitive base, bonus, and real equity upside. The CFO will be expected to be a strategic leader, with the ability to provide financial insights and guidance to support the company's growth and market expansion.
