$90k-$110k per year with bonus We are looking for a motivated Chiropractor to join our practice full time in Killeen, TX. Are you passionate about providing high quality chiropractic care and collaborating with a team to set individualized goals for your patients so that they can achieve their health and wellness goals? If you answered yes, we need you to join our highly skilled and knowledgeable team in delivering the best care our patients deserve. You will have strong chiropractic skills, experience developing rehabilitation protocols, comprehensive care planning, and extraordinary communication skills to be part of our integrated treatment solution. The incoming Chiropractor will split coverage between our offices in Killeen and Temple. Our multidisciplinary team of MDs, DCs, NPs, LMTs, and PTs works with patients to create wellness plans that effectively reach their health and wellness goals. Duties Comprehensive patient exam/evaluations (medical history, physical exam, review of pertinent records/imaging) Order and review diagnostic imaging as medically necessary Develop treatment plans in a multidisciplinary setting for an efficient and effective plan of care Educate patients on the value of continued therapy, diagnosis, care plan options, chiropractic care, and lifestyle modifications Provide chiropractic care—manual manipulations (Diversified and other specialties), therapies, modalities, and develop rehab/exercise programs with PT Document care in a timely and accurate manner in the EHR Coordinate care with other providers daily to ensure patients achieve expected outcomes Qualifications Graduation from an accredited chiropractic program (DC) Chiropractic license in Texas Willingness to work as part of a multidisciplinary team Compensation $90k-$110k per year with bonus Benefits Bonus structure (very achievable, up to $30k) Vacation (10 days PTO per year) Health insurance Paid malpractice coverage Reimbursed CME We work as a team to improve patients’ quality of life, and pride ourselves on providing high‑quality personalized care.
