Retail Field & Network Technician

Job Title: Part Time Flexible Retail Field, Access Point Management & Network Technicians Department: Service Tech US Reports to: Territory Manager FLSA Status (exempt/non-exempt): Non-Exempt Updated Date: 8/18/2026 Essential Duties and Responsibilities Current Driver’s License, insurance, and a vehicle for Transportation to and from project locations. Previous IT or Related technical technician experience is required. Technically inclined – experience with Cabling runs/ management/ testing/ terminating, Network provisioning. Excellent communication skills via phone, text, and email. Organzed & Detailed Follow Direction easily Smart Phone mobile device. Flexible availability. Frequent use of hand tools. Travel is required in various markets. Lifting 60lbs or more. Able to climb up and down ladders. Testing networks Wi‑Fi signals, heat mapping. Installing, troubleshooting access points, routers, switches. Competency: To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies: Strong diagnostic and problem‑solving skills. Superior knowledge of various networking technologies. Effective communication and teamwork skills. Aptitude for customer support. Can operate hand tools. Required Education and Experience Over the age of 18. Certifications are a plus but not required. Lock experience a plus but not required All training is provided.
