Each coach works with just one person at a time, or a small group of 2–4 people, guiding and motivating them, ensuring proper form, safe progress and fostering a strong community. In addition to training clients, all team members are responsible for scheduling and leading free introductory sessions to help prospects understand our program. We never pressure anyone into joining. Team members consistently use our systems and processes to deliver best‑practice services and maintain administrative compliance.
