Job Description

A global financial services company is seeking a Product Manager for their office in Wilmington, DE.

Duration: 1-year

Location: Wilmington, DE

Partner across various teams in the Credit Card to drive an understanding of problem statements, use cases, and business requirements
Exercise strong analytical and problem-solving skills to get deep into customer journeys and product impacts, as well as manage competing priorities
Manage, prioritize and deliver multiple epics and user stories simultaneously
Partner and collaborate across functional teams (e.g., product, tech, data, and design) for successful and timely project execution
Provide managerial oversight and support to other product team members
Communicate (both verbal and written) technical and non-technical updates to executives via decks and reports
Promote a strong control environment by adhering to risk/control, procedure and process expectations, while appropriately delivering what’s best for the customer
Partner across product and technology to create test plans for developed capabilities with an automation mindset

Requirements:

Proven ability to operate within Agile methodology
Expertise in agile processes and principles; experience with modern technology stacks, including cloud, big data, microservices, APIs, etc.
Experience influencing others, directly or indirectly, in a fast-paced, collaborative, and cross-functional environment
Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Pivot Tables)
