Opportunity Overview Fertility RN Nurse Coordinator – Reproductive Medicine Associates of New York, Manhattan, New York. Schedule: Monday through Friday – 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, or 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM Eastern Time; one weekend (Saturday & Sunday) every 4 to 6 weeks and two holidays per year. Compensation: $92,000 to $99,000 per year, commensurate with experience. How You’ll Contribute In this role, the Fertility RN Nurse Coordinator will: Assist with coordination, case management, and treatment of fertility patients. Monitor patients throughout treatment plans, providing direction and education. Communicate physician orders and instructions, and laboratory results with appropriate interpretation and explanation. Establish a compassionate environment by providing support to patients and their families. Document patient care services by charting in patient and department records. Qualifications and Skills RN required; BSN preferred. Current state RN license without limitations. IVF/Fertility experience and background in women’s health preferred. Ability to manage a caseload of patients. Computer proficiency required. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a multi‑disciplinary team and build and maintain effective working relationships. Strong customer service orientation, highly responsive to requests.
