Warehouse Associate

Job Description

Job Description

The Opportunity

We are a fast-growing e-commerce leader in the golf cart parts industry. We are looking for a high-energy Warehouse Associate with a strong work ethic & proactive mindset to join our team.

Reporting directly to our Warehouse Supervisor, you will be on the front lines of our daily operations—helping us prepare packaging, then pick, pack, and ship heavy golf cart components with speed, safety, and 100% accuracy. We strive to be the best warehouse in the industry, giving our customers the best experience, executing with the highest standards, and celebrating team wins together. Does this inspire you? If so, we want you!

Who You Are (Character First)

We believe skills can be taught, but character, work ethic, and attitude cannot. We are looking for someone who wants to be known as the hardest worker in the room.

• Proactive Work Ethic: You take deep pride in a hard day’s work. You don't wait to be told what to do; when a task is finished, you look for the next spot to help.
• High Integrity & Character: You do the right thing even when no one is looking. If you make a mistake, you own it immediately so we can fix it.
• Coachable & Feedback-Oriented: You take constructive criticism with a positive attitude. You view feedback as an investment in your growth, not a personal attack.
• Team Player & Conflict-Resilient: You handle disagreements with maturity, respect, and a focus on solutions. You bring positive energy to the floor every single day.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate standard power, hand, and pneumatic tools safely and efficiently.
• Precision Fulfillment: Execute accurate picking and packing using physical paper picklists, ensuring every order matches the checklist 100% before sealing the box.
• Heavy Components Handling: Safely move, load, and pack heavy golf cart items (batteries, motors, etc) throughout the day.
• Quality Control: Perform a visual quality check on every part before it leaves the building to ensure zero defective or damaged goods reach our customers.
• Workspace Stewardship (5S): Keep an immaculate workspace. Break down cardboard, sweep floors, and ensure every tool is returned to its designated "home" position at the end of every shift.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Warehouse Supervisor to hit daily shipping targets and continuously improve how we get things done.

Requirements (non-negotiable)

• Experience: 0–1 years of warehouse, labor, or logistics experience (Entry-level candidates with exceptional work ethic are encouraged to apply!).
• Physical Capability: Must be able to safely lift and maneuver 100lbs 20+ times per day .
• Transportation: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to ensure consistent, on-time attendance.
• Background Check: Ability to successfully pass a standard background check.
• Detail-Oriented: High attention to detail with a "measure twice, cut once" mindset.
• Possess these values: Always pursuing excellence; proactive work ethic; a “have each others’ back” team mindset
• Shift: Must be able to work 8:30-5:00pm Mon-Fri

Why Join Us?

• Character Over Resume: We hire the person, not just the job history. If you have the drive, we will give you the tools to succeed.
• Ground-Floor Growth: As our physical footprint expands, top performers will have direct opportunities for advancement and increased responsibility.
• A ‘Best-in-class’ Operation: We are not an average warehouse. Our crew takes genuine ownership in how our facility runs, holding ourselves to an elite benchmark from the shop floor up.
