Emergency Shelter Case Manager

Jonathan’s Place is accepting applications for a full-time Emergency Shelter Case Manager , a residential program caring for youth in the custody of Child Protective Services. The Emergency Shelter has a capacity of 16 children, ages 0 to 17. This position is responsible for coordination and implementation of comprehensive services for all clients. The Case Manager position is a full-time position, evenings and weekends (as needed) for agency and youth needs. Responsibilities Include: Ensure residents needs are met by completing necessary referrals and required documentation Foster professional relationships with professionals by providing excellent customer service and responding to requests in a timely manner Oversee the resident’s daily activities Provide crisis intervention as needed Required Education and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Social Work, Human Services or related field.
