Highlights Pay: $37.69 - $89.59/Hourly Location: Nantucket, MA Facility: Nantucket Cottage Hospital Schedule: Full-Time, Day shift What You\'ll Do Participate in day-to-day clinical activities to ensure a patient-focused, quality environment of care. Maintain a safe environment for patients, family members, and staff. Collaborate with hospital leadership to identify current and future practice needs. Promote an environment sensitive to the culturally diverse needs of patients and staff. Facilitate positive working relationships among departments. Comply with and monitor adherence to HIPAA policies. Create and maintain policies related to practice operations. Serve as a departmental resource for regulatory site visits. Implement quality measures as directed by quality teams. Conduct patient call-backs and follow-up calls within a timely manner.
