Human Resources Manager

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to support day-to-day HR operations, employee relations, compliance, recruiting, and payroll activities. What You'll Do Serve as the primary HR resource for employees and managers, providing guidance on employee relations, performance management, and workplace policies Manage employee relations matters, investigations, corrective actions, and conflict resolution efforts Support recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and employee development initiatives Administer HR programs related to benefits, leave management, workers' compensation, ADA, FMLA, and compliance requirements Process and oversee bi-weekly payroll, ensuring accuracy and timeliness Coordinate employee training, performance review processes, and compliance programs Maintain HR records, reporting, and documentation while ensuring confidentiality and regulatory compliance Partner with leadership to support workforce planning, employee engagement, and continuous process improvement initiatives Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred 3+ years of Human Resources experience in a generalist or management capacity Proven experience recruiting high-volume hourly employees, including manufacturing, production, warehouse, packaging, or similar frontline workforce populations, is strongly preferred Experience supporting employee relations, compliance, recruiting, payroll, and leave administration Knowledge of employment laws, ADA, FMLA, workers' compensation, and HR best practices Prior supervisory experience preferred Experience with HRIS and payroll systems preferred Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
