About This Role The Administrator, Home Care provides strategic and operational leadership for Cleveland Clinic Connected Care, overseeing the overall operations of the agency that supports approximately 2,000 patients daily. This role is ideal for experienced healthcare leaders looking to make a significant impact in home and transitional care. Highlights Pay: Minimum Annual Salary: $112,110.00, Maximum Annual Salary: $170,955.00 Location: Independence, OH Facility: Cleveland Clinic Schedule: Full-time, Day shift What You'll Do Direct clinical management, business operations, and all supporting departments. Prepare, develop, and implement annual operating and capital budgets. Create and support a work environment that fosters quality, accountability, collaboration, and caregiver satisfaction. Manage financial, operational, and quality outcomes of the agency. Ensure development of all caregivers through effective coaching, counseling, and mentoring. Direct the development and implementation of home care policies and procedures. Participate in applicable committees and guide home care leadership meetings. Oversee agency service delivery in compliance with regulatory/accreditation standards. Develop and maintain a home health compliance plan and OIG work plan. Collaborate with other business lines and departments to deliver clinical services. Requirements Education Bachelor's degree with nursing or therapy concentration required Master's degree required Experience Minimum of 7 years progressive healthcare management experience Minimum of 5 years Home Care experience in a leadership position required Licenses & Certifications State of Ohio RN or Therapy (PT, OT, or ST) license Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through AHA or American Red Cross #J-18808-Ljbffr IntelliResume
