Deli and Bakery Department Manager

KJ’s Market is seeking a Deli/Bakery Manager to lead daily operations of our fresh departments. You will oversee food preparation, merchandising, inventory, and scheduling while ensuring top-quality products and outstanding customer service. Responsibilities include training and coaching team members, maintaining food safety and sanitation standards, managing shrink and margins, and creating appealing displays that drive sales. You’ll partner with store leadership to plan promotions, monitor performance, and support a friendly, small-town culture that puts customers first and builds strong community relationships.
