Supervisory Public Affairs Specialist

Job Title
Duties
At the full performance level of this position, you will:
- Lead the development and implementation of organizational goals, objectives, policies, and procedures that align with program priorities and strategic initiatives.
- Exercise supervisory personnel management responsibilities to promote an environment that empowers employees to participate in and contribute to effective mission accomplishment.
- Represent the Agency to stakeholders by building effective working relationships, providing policy and procedural guidance, and resolving issues as they arise.
- Coordinate press inquiry reviews, develop responses with the Agency's media relations office, and coordinate public-facing activities for leadership and other senior staff.
