Direct Support Professional (DSP) - Personal Care Home

We are seeking responsible, caring, and dedicated people to fill full‑time Direct Support Professional (DSP) positions at our Personal Care Home in Oakdale.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist individuals with personal care such as bathing, shaving, dressing, oral hygiene, etc. Provide a safe, healthy, and clean living environment. Perform needed housekeeping duties. Assist with tasks of daily living such as shopping, care of personal possessions, telephone use, and social/leisure activities. Observe for behavioral and physical changes in condition, and report as appropriate. Offer input into the development of the Treatment Plan. Maintain various records pertaining to individuals, following established documentation methods.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

Minimum 18 years of age. Valid driver’s license. High School Diploma or equivalent. At least 6 months’ experience working directly with individuals in a personal care setting.
