Job Summary and Qualifications As a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) ECMO Specialist, you will deliver advanced respiratory and life‑support care for patients with severe cardiac and pulmonary failure. In a high‑acuity environment, you will manage ECMO therapy, support rapid clinical decision‑making, and partner across critical care teams to provide timely, evidence‑based interventions. You'll be supported with ongoing training and a national ECMO clinical network that connects specialists to shared expertise and real‑time collaboration.
