As a Process Quality Control Specialist, you’ll safeguard our lines by executing control plans, capturing accurate data, and driving swift corrective actions. Your leadership shows up as reliability, ownership, and a spotless 5S work area.
Your impact- Translate work instructions and control plans into flawless execution.
- Partner during changeovers to keep transitions tight and on schedule.
- Run in-process checks; document results in the Quality System; enter GMaP data when requested.
- Read process signals to understand reliability and yield trends—and act early.
- Troubleshoot decisively and solve problems at the source.
- Champion safety: correct PPE, and full awareness of lockouts and e-stops.
- Communicate clearly, organize priorities, and model great attendance and judgment.
- Take on additional tasks assigned by supervisors and work independently when needed.
- Basic computer proficiency preferred.
- Strong work ethic, initiative, and self-motivation.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to resolve issues quickly.
- Resilience and dedication to finish assignments despite setbacks.
- Professional written and verbal communication skills.

- 8-hour shifts Monday–Friday.
- Open to day or night shifts plus overtime.
- May require work beyond 40 hours, including some weekends and holidays.
- Frequently lift up to 45 lbs.
- Reliable transportation and regular, predictable attendance.
- Shift premium of $1.50/hour and a $2.00 shift commitment bonus.
- $1,500 sign-on bonus, plus referral and quarterly bonuses.
