We are looking for an experienced Equipment Operator to join our team on a multifamily construction site.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience operating heavy equipment
- Experience running excavators, dozers, Bobcats/skid steers, and similar equipment
- Ability to read and understand civil plans
- Basic understanding of construction site work, grading, utilities, and layout
- Reliable, safety-focused, and able to work as part of a team

Position Summary:
This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, dependable, and experienced working on active construction sites. The right candidate will be comfortable operating equipment safely and efficiently while understanding the overall construction plan and site needs.
