Qualifications :
- Technical Background: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven technical experience in a role such as a programmer ,DBA, architect ,or similar.
- Project Management Skills: Demonstrated proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).Project management certifications (e.g.,PMP,PRINCE2) are a plus. Experience working with the Judicial System is preferred.
- OCM Skills: Understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools (e.g., Prosci ADKAR)
- Leadership Abilities: Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, build consensus, and resolve conflicts. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-Solving Aptitude: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to identify and mitigate risks proactively.
- Results-Oriented: Track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
