Contract | Days | 3×12-Hour Variable Shifts (7:00-19:00)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Labor and Delivery setting within a Critical Access Hospital environment
• Float within scope of practice to meet facility needs as required
• Work weekends as part of the regular schedule
• Commit to working 3 of the 5 designated holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day)
• Document patient care using Epic electronic health records
• May be expected to float between nearby sister facilities as needed

• Active, unencumbered RN license; compact license must be in hand at time of submission - pending licenses not accepted
• Minimum 1 year of Labor and Delivery experience required
• Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NRP, and AWHONN Intermediate
• Must submit 2 professional references covering at least 1 year of experience within the last 3 years (Charge RNs or Leads accepted)
• Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible - local candidates are not accepted
• All RTO and scheduling requests must be submitted upfront at time of submission; post-offer RTO requests may not be considered

• Experience working in a Critical Access Hospital or Level IV Trauma setting
• Familiarity with Epic charting system
• Ability to adapt to a variable schedule in a remote location

• Facility-provided housing (typically a 1-bedroom apartment) is available for the duration of the assignment, with free on-site parking
• Expected hours of approximately 60 hours per two-week period, with the possibility of one 12-hour shift call-off per two-week period
