Member Assist Cart Attendant

You help shape our member’s entire shopping experience by giving them a positive first and last impression. In the member assist – cart attendant role, you are responsible for ensuring members see a well-kept parking lot. This includes helping members with their purchases, ensuring carts are ready and available, assisting members with loading into their vehicles, and supporting a great member experience. You will be constantly on your feet—rain or shine, sleet or snow—providing reliable and friendly service. What You'll Do Ensures club pick up orders are filled by contacting members to notify them when pickup time is delayed; informs members when products are unavailable and offers alternatives; ensures products are selected and packaged according to company policies; dispenses items when members arrive for pickup; resolves member issues and promotes the company's products and services. Maintains safety of facility according to company policies by conducting safety sweeps, following merchandise handling procedures, and reporting unsafe situations. Provides member service, acknowledges members, assists with purchasing decisions, processes purchases, handles payments, utilizes cash registers for transactions, organizes merchandise, zones designated areas, resolves issues, maintains cart/flatbed availability, assists with transporting items, uses cart retrieval equipment, and maintains parking lot cleanliness. Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics by implementing action plans and using the Open Door Policy. Completes work assignments and priorities by collaborating with managers, co‑workers, and customers; identifies priorities; communicates progress; and adapts to change. The hourly wage range for this position is $17.00 to $25.00. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation may include premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
