Pre-Litigation Legal Assistant

To support a growing personal injury practice, the full-time remote Pre-Litigation Legal Assistant will manage case openings, assist clients with medical scheduling, and maintain legal files while ensuring effective communication with clients and medical providers. Key responsibilities: Open new cases and set up initial stages in the system Assist clients with medical scheduling and summarize medical treatment Organize and maintain legal files while updating the case management system Required qualifications: 2-3 years of experience in personal injury, medical malpractice, or workers compensation Bilingual in Spanish is required Bachelor's degree, associate's degree, or ABA approved Paralegal Certificate is required Must be highly organized and proficient with technology Comfortable handling sensitive subject matter and excellent client service skills Virtual Vocations Inc
