Job Description Meet with clients each month to assess and monitor health status Document all monthly visits with individuals Review medications and medication logs Provide training and support to agency staff Other duties as assigned Qualifications Registered Nurse Certification Experience in supporting individuals with behavioral, developmental, and emotional difficulties Clean Criminal Background Check Candidates must possess valid CA driver's license and a good driving record Effective communication skills both written and verbal Demonstrates effective critical thinking and problem solving skills Demonstrates the ability to establish a therapeutic rapport Drug Free Workplace/EOE Additional Information Aacres requires successful completion of pre-employment background check** and drug testing.
