Mechanical Assembler

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Mechanical Assembler to join our team at an Industry Leading Company. As a Mechanical Assembler, you will be responsible for setting up and preparing a new facility to be used for manufacturing testing procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical components for a new lab testing facility
• Use hand, power, and pneumatic tools
• Safely operates equipment as directed
• Performs on-line testing and inspection activities
• Complies with all requirements of Quality System in accordance with ISO9001
• In accordance with company procedures, cleans and prepares units for next operation
• Maintains all aspects of workplace organization
• Communicate consistently on all activities to appropriate individuals
• Maintain ongoing communication and adhere to all Company policies to eliminate and or reduce exposure to liability
• Special projects or work as assigned by the Supervisor
• Required to maintain accurate records
• Will be required to participate in Small Group meetings
• Duties, responsibilities, and activities may change at any time with or without notice

Requirements:

• Candidates with production (manufacturing) experience and strong mechanical processes are highly desirable.
• The ideal candidate should be familiar with testing equipment, instruments, and related safety procedures, blue print interpretation, and electrical wiring practices.
• The position requires the ability to handle a minimum of 2-3 tasks simultaneously on a frequent basis.
