Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Med/Surg position in Sioux City, IA, requiring cardiac drip and deep cardiac experience on a night shift schedule.

Details

• Work in a hospital Med/Surg unit in Sioux City, IA
• Night shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (12-hour shifts)
• Every other weekend required
• No on-call responsibilities
• Floating within the same discipline across local campuses may be required
• EMR: Epic (noted in recruiter notes) / Cerner (noted in job description)

Requirements

• Active IA RN license or Compact RN license required
• Current BLS certification required
• Mandatory reporter certification required
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience required
• Deep cardiac experience required
• Cardiac drip experience required
• A supervisory performance evaluation or professional reference from within the past 2 years is required for consideration
• Driver's license required for consideration

Additional Information

• Contribute professional and clinical knowledge in the provision and management of patient care as part of an interdisciplinary team
• Candidates who were employed by the facility within the 12 months prior to submission may not be considered
• Travelers are expected to work 2 of the 3 winter holidays: Christmas, New Year's, or Thanksgiving
