Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting students’ growth as a school-based Occupational Therapist. Beginning ASAP and continuing through June 1st, this role provides flexibility with both full-time and part-time schedules available. You’ll work primarily with elementary students, with the possibility to serve some middle schoolers as well. With a manageable caseload of around 40 students and assignments across two school sites near Beloit, WI, your expertise will make a vital impact on the educational experience and daily life skills of young learners.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Valid Occupational Therapy licensure for Wisconsin (or eligibility to obtain)
• Experience in school settings is highly valued
• Comfortable managing a diverse elementary student caseload; exposure to middle schoolers is a plus
• Ability to adapt interventions for a variety of student needs and collaborate with educational teams
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform assessments and develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students
• Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy interventions to support academic and functional independence
• Consult regularly with teachers, staff, and families to integrate therapy into classroom routines
• Maintain accurate student records and contribute to progress monitoring
• Travel between two designated school sites as assigned
