Job Description Job Title : Emergency Medicine Physician (Full-Time, Permanent) Job Type : Full time & Independent Contract Location : Gallipolis, OH Requirements : Board Certified in Emergency Medicine OR Board Certified in Family Medicine/Internal Medicine with EM experience – Required ⏳ Minimum 12 months / 2,000 hours of EM experience (excluding training) – Required ️ Ohio Medical License (Active or In Process) – Required ️ List of EM Procedures Performed – Required COVID-19 Vaccination Proof – Required No Visa Support (J1/H1B not accepted) Clean malpractice & license history – Required Not accepting new grads Compensation Benefits : Choose between: W2 Employee – $240/hr ➕ $10/hr extra for all night shifts Benefits (Health/Dental/Vision w/ HSA, Life Insurance, 401k, $3,000 CME) 1099 Independent Contractor – $250/hr ➕ $10/hr extra for all night shifts
