NOW HIRING — GYMNASTICS DIRECTOR / HIGH-LEVEL GYMNASTICS COACH Champions Training Academy — LaGrange, Georgia Champions Training Academy is entering our 5th season and is looking for an experienced, passionate Gymnastics Director/Coach to help lead and grow our competitive gymnastics program. We are located in LaGrange, Georgia, in a brand-new 14,500-square-foot facility, serving more than 350 athletes across our programs. Our competitive gymnastics program includes USAG Xcel Bronze through Platinum and Compulsory Levels 4–5, with the goal of continuing to develop athletes into Level 6 and higher optional gymnastics. We are looking for someone who can: Coach and develop higher-level competitive gymnasts Lead our Xcel and Compulsory programs Have strong knowledge of USAG Xcel and Development Program Code Coach Levels 4–5 compulsory routines and develop athletes toward Levels 6+ Create training plans, practice rotations and skill progressions Mentor and develop younger coaches Assist with team evaluations, tryouts, meets, clinics and camps Build a positive, disciplined and encouraging team culture Prioritize athlete safety, proper progressions and excellent technique Communicate professionally with athletes, parents and staff Ideal candidate: Experienced competitive gymnastics coach Strong spotting and technical skills USAG/SafeSport certified or willing to become certified CPR/First Aid certified or willing to obtain certification Leadership/program-building experience is a major plus Someone looking for a gym where they can build and grow a program long-term What Champions offers: Competitive salary Opportunity for private-lesson income Relocation assistance available for the right candidate Paid gym closures/holidays Established and growing competitive team Brand-new facility Family-oriented, faith-centered environment Opportunity to make a significant impact on a growing program Location: LaGrange, GA — approximately one hour southwest of Atlanta and about 45 minutes from Auburn, Alabama.
