Schedule

Night shift, working 3 - 12 hour shifts from 7:30 PM to 7:00 AM.

Job Description

We are seeking a highly qualified Registered Nurse to provide exceptional care in a Medical-Surgical/Telemetry unit. The nurse will be responsible for assessing patient needs, creating care plans, and implementing care as per the established protocols.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and monitoring vital signs.
• Assess and document patient conditions and care outcomes.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop and modify care plans.
• Educate patients and families on health conditions and care plans.
• Ensure compliance with protocols, regulations, and standards of care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 12 months of permanent experience in MS/Tele nursing.
• Active Ohio RN license or compact state license required.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required; NIHSS certification to be obtained prior to start.
• One recent reference from a manager, supervisor, or director in the specialty required.
