Procurement Manager Remote

Job Description

Compass Group is seeking an experienced organized and results-driven Procurement Manager to oversee purchasing operations manage supplier relationships negotiate contracts and ensure the cost-effective procurement of goods and services. This position is designed for a professional who can work independently from home while coordinating purchasing activities and collaborating with internal departments and external suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage purchasing activities for company equipment computers office supplies and operational materials.
• Identify evaluate and negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive pricing and favorable contract terms.
• Process purchase orders and coordinate deliveries with vendors.
• Review invoices receipts and procurement expenses.
• Develop and monitor purchasing budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Maintain supplier relationships and accurate procurement records.
• Collaborate with finance operations and other departments remotely.
• Ensure compliance with company purchasing policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Procurement Supply Chain Management Business Administration or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience in procurement purchasing or supply chain management.
• Strong negotiation organizational and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office email spreadsheets and procurement systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently manage priorities and meet deadlines while working remotely.
• Must reside in the United States and meet the positions employment eligibility requirements.

Salary and Benefits

• Annual salary: $125000$135000.
• Performance-based bonus subject to the applicable compensation plan.
