Work Environment\n

Our telehealth work setting enables our therapists to deliver quality care from the comfort of their own homes while maintaining flexibility in their schedules. You will work during regular business hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, ensuring consistent support for our clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to understand client needs and develop tailored treatment plans that align with evidence-based practices.

• Implement therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other relevant modalities that best suit the unique circumstances of each client.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and organizational policies for client confidentiality and data integrity.

• Collaborate with a cohesive team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to deliver integrated care.

• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings, contributing insights to enhance the quality of care and outcome measures.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, available treatments, and community resources to empower them in their recovery journey.

• Stay informed on the latest research and developments in mental health practice to continuously improve therapeutic strategies used in client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will involve working with a diverse clientele experiencing various mental health challenges, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and relational issues. By offering tailored interventions in a remote setting, you will help clients navigate their unique journeys toward recovery, adapting treatment approaches based on each individual’s specific needs and personal circumstances.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• An active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Strong understanding of solution-focused psychotherapy techniques and a flexible approach to addressing the varied needs of clients.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to form trusting therapeutic relationships with clients.

• Critical-thinking and problem-solving abilities to navigate complex mental health scenarios effectively and guide clients towards positive outcomes.

• Ability to work collaboratively within a team-based environment, valuing the insights and contributions of fellow mental health practitioners.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
