Senior Software Engineer - Conversational Search

Our Conversational Search team is building Redfin’s next generation artificial intelligence powered home search experience, redefining how millions of users discover homes. This is one of Redfin’s most ambitious and visible product initiatives for 2026, combining conversational UI, LLM powered reasoning, and high performance backend systems to create a fast, intuitive and deeply helpful way to search for homes. The compensation for this position is $166,900.00-$203,900.00.
