Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Emergency Room to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive emergency care to patients, ensuring adherence to best practices and protocols.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders.
• Perform triage for emergency patients and prioritize case urgency.
• Utilize Cerner EMR for accurate and thorough patient documentation.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members including physical therapy and respiratory services.
• Float to additional units as required within the scope of practice.

Qualifications

• Current and valid State RN license.
• Minimum 1 year of Emergency Room nursing experience.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications required.
• Experience with Cerner EMR and Critical Access Hospitals preferred.
• Ability to manage complex patient cases including trauma and neuro-trauma.
• Available to work every other weekend and start assignments promptly.
