Operations Analyst

Zobility

Job Description

Monitor and analyze customer calls and outage data to identify power outage locations and causes
Dispatch field crews and emergency personnel for rapid service restoration
Perform ARCOS callouts for emergencies, planned overtime, and shift coverage
Manage multiple priorities and make quick, informed decisions under pressure
Analyze data from multiple sources and develop appropriate action plans
Provide strong customer service and operational support
Requires dispatch/operations center experience , preferably in utilities or 911
Strong verbal, written, and team communication skills
High School Diploma/GED required
