Respiratory Therapy - Respiratory Care Practitioner
Job Title: RRT Location: Quincy, California Schedule: 7:00PM - 7:00AM x 4 Term: 13-week assignment with the potential for extension Pay Rate: $65 - $70/hr
Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a RRT for a temporary assignment in Quincy, California. These positions are 13-week contracts with the ability to extend.
Responsibilities for a RRT:
Coordinate and administer all modes of respiratory therapy Perform cardiac testing and pulmonary function testing Monitor arterial blood gases Demonstrate knowledge and competence in the treatment of neonates, infants, and pediatric patients Demonstrate knowledge and competence in the treatment of adult and geriatric patients Maintain current California Respiratory Care Practitioner licensure Maintain current CPR certification Maintain current ACLS certification Maintain current PALS certification Maintain current NRP certification Work 36-48 hours per week primarily on night shifts Adhere to facility policies and procedures for patient care delivery
