Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Home Infusion Clinical Pharmacist for a 60-day assignment. This is a great opportunity for a pharmacist with strong sterile compounding experience and a background in home infusion.
Position Details:
• Environment: Home Infusion
• Schedule: Wednesday-Friday, 9:30 AM-6:00 PM
Responsibilities:
• Perform IV compounding in a sterile environment
• Prepare and manage TPNs
• Oversee and support pharmacy technicians
• Ensure accurate and safe medication preparation following pharmacy standards
Requirements:
• Recent Home Infusion experience required
• Recent Sterile Compounding experience required
• Active and clear Maryland Pharmacist license required
