Box Office Ticket Buyer for Norfolk, VA

Overview Ticket Buyer positions for our live-event ticketing operation. We provide tickets to live events and shows across the nation, including music, sports, and theatrical performances. We aim to offer the best experience for the best price to our customers, backed by technology that supports our competitive edge. Responsibilities Receive ticket purchase orders through a smartphone app, travel to venues to purchase tickets using a company-provided credit card, and enter purchase details in the app. Ship purchased tickets to the company after purchase. Assist with processing and documentation of ticket orders to ensure accurate fulfillment. Compensation and Schedule Commissions are paid weekly via direct deposit after tickets are received. There is no base pay. Opportunity to earn additional income by purchasing tickets for events as part of the role. Requirements Be at least 18 years old. Be eligible to work in the US. Be physically able to drive, ride or walk to venues to buy tickets. Have a smartphone to interface with the company app to view order requests and enter purchase information. Be able to work approximately 2 days per week, 1–4 hours per day, generally between 10:00 am and 9:00 pm (venue box office hours vary greatly). Be able to communicate through SMS.
