Primary Care Physician

Become a part of our caring community The Senior Primary Care Physician serves as a health‑care professional capable of handling a variety of health‑related problems. This full‑time position is based at our CenterWell Montclaire office and reports to the Associate Medical Director. In This Role, You Will Focus on senior outpatient medicine, continuity of care, health maintenance, and disease prevention. Keep a medical history and medical records. Refer the patient to specialists as needed. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree 5 or more years of technical experience Licensure requirements of the state of North Carolina Graduate of accredited MD or DO program of an accredited university Prefer Internal Medicine specialty Board Certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine Patient‑facing role as part of Humana/Senior Bridge's TB screening program (TB screening required if selected) Passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences Willing to participate in limited on‑call coverage by phone Preferred Qualifications Additional information. Schedule and Compensation Weekly hours: 40 Pay Range: $255,000 - $298,500 per year Job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan based on company and/or individual performance.
